2. Do you sell anything other than DVDs?

Currently, our focus is on DVDs, but we plan to sell second-hand 4K and Blu-ray DVD players focusing on leading brands such as Sony and Samsung.

We offer free shipping across Australia with no postage or handling fees. You’ll know the total cost of your purchase upfront, without any hidden charges.

4. What is your return policy?

We provide refunds if the DVD doesn’t match the description, is damaged, or is lost in the post. We aim to keep our customers happy, so we also consider valid reasons for returns. We offer a 2-year warranty on DVDs and DVD players.

7. How do I know if a DVD is in good condition?

The DVDs are graded strictly into 4 categories:

Brand New: Sealed by shrink-wrap and unopened
Like New: No noticeable scratches.
Very Good: Shallow and a few barely noticeable scratches. 
Good: One deeper scratch or numerous shallow scratches.
Acceptable: Numerous deeper scratches and shallow scratches. 

If there any other issues such tears in outer shrink-wrap of Brand New DVDs they are noted in the condition section of the DVDs description. If there is any damage to the case it is replaced by a identical case before being sent out. We provide detailed descriptions and photos of each DVD, including front and back images of the case. Upon request, we can also send a picture of the underside of the DVD to give you extra peace of mind.
